1.0 General
The following Terms and Conditions from the monthly parking agreement with Uni Development Pte Ltd. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Uni Development Pte Ltd without given prior notice. Uni Development Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time by one (1) month’s written notice without giving any reasons.
2.0 Interpretations
“Customer” means the user of the Services
“Uni” means the Uni Development Pte Ltd which is provider of the Services; “Services” means the parking offered by Uni.
3.0 Termination & Refund
3.1 Uni reserves the right not to refund the season parking fee if the Customer fails to recommence parking on the date specified or fails to provide a written request for any extension thereof prior to the commencement date to Uni.
3.2 Customers are required to provide one (1) month’s advance written notice to Uni for termination.
Non-refundable for termination.
4.0 Payments
4.1 The monthly rental charges are due in advance on or before the first start day of parking. Payments not received by the invoice due
date will result in suspension of monthly parking privileges until payment is received. Customer need to bear the charges for hourly / daily rates while parking privileges are suspended, no credit will be given.
4.2 Returned cheques or fail transfer payments are subject to a $25.00 handing fee.
5.0 Rates
Monthly parking rates are subject to change by Uni with one calendar month’s written notice.
6.0 Monthly Billings & Notices
6.1 New applications : Must provide a copy of vehicle log card as proof of vehicle ownership. Upon approval by Uni on the application, Uni will issue an official invoice to Customer via e-mail to the stated mailing address as per the application form.
6.2 Renewal of existing season passholders : Customers are required to renew one (1) month’s advance written notice to Uni.
6.3 Should any vehicle registration number, IU number or cash card number be different from the registered number with Uni, the vehicle
will be treated as a non-season passholder and parking fees will be charged according to the hourly / daily parking rates.
7.0 Administration Fees
An administration fee of $25.00 is chargeable for every new monthly parking application.
8.0 Assignment
8.1 Customer can assign or transfer this agreement. An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for each subsequent transfer of the monthly parking agreement.
8.2 Customer must notify Uni at least two (2) working days in advance in writing for temporary suspension of vehicle registration number, IU unit number or cash card number.
9.0 Assumption of Liability
Parking charges are for the use of parking space only. Uni is not responsible or liable for any injury, death, property damage, theft or disappearance occurring in, on or about the parking facility to the customer or anyone claiming under or through the customer.
10.0 Breach of Agreement
Customers in breach of the terms and conditions of the monthly parking agreement may result in any or all of the following actions: suspension of parking privileges; termination of the monthly parking agreement without notice; and/or towing of vehicle at the customer’s expense.
11.0 Other Conditions
11.1 If the customer’s normal location is not available for any reason, Uni reserves the right to relocate the customer to another parking location (if available), or to refuse parking (if another parking location is not available), on a temporary basis.
11.2 Customers are subject to the terms and conditions displayed on all signs in the parking facility. Assignment and/or location of all rented parking spaces are at the discretion of Uni. Uni reserves the right to alter any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice to Customer and any decision made by Uni is final.

11.3 Customer shall be responsible to pay Uni for any damage to the equipment, structure of and/or fixtures or to the trees, shrubs or the grounds in the car park or elsewhere caused by Customer for whatever reason. Uni shall have absolute authority to assess the cost of making good or repairing the damage and any statement issued by Uni as to the quantum of such loss shall, save for manifest error, be accepted as conclusive evidence that the amount thereon is due and owing.
